First off I strongly recommend you start taking a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. Essential minerals include calcium and magnesium. Both have shown to help reducing blood pressure. Coenzyme Q-10 is also something to consider taking. Vitamin C is also important to take for anyone with high blood pressure. They help expand certain vessels in the blood. Taking amino acid supplements could also help. But I like I said from the start, taking a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement is incredibly essential for anyone who has high blood pressure.
