what color should urine be w/multi?

I started taking a multivitamin a week ago but haven't noticed that bright flourescent yellow color that some people seem to have when taking vitamins.
does this mean my vitamin is weak or not any good?
thanks!

Phoenix- try stress tabs- they will sure to make you pee yellow. It is because of the higher doses of the B vitamins.

Re: what color should urine be w/multi?

if you get excess vitamin c that your body can't absorb, i think that is what makes your pee yellow. your body absorbs what it needs and pees out the rest. so if your pee isn't yellow that doesn't mean the vitamin is bad, it just means that you're not taking in more than you need and ******* it out. i'd say that's good. also being dehydrated makes your pee yellow, so if it's clear that also probably means you're drinking enough water. another good thing!
