Question i get in around 30% of recommended daily value calcium?

yeah so i get in too little iron and everythinga s well. but i mean only 30% of this seems pretty low! my diet is around 1500cal so maybe that has something to do with it as well. i bought some high calcium products but even one portion of them will only give 10% so yeah i woul dhave to eat like 10 portions then well i was thinkin should i be takin in supplements or would i be gettin addicted to those stuff and get all unhealthy once i stop taking those? are there some foods which are extremely high in calcium?

Dairy foods are. If you are worried about fat, they do come in low and non-fat versions.
