There's no danger that I know of. If anything, taking a lot of vitamin C is actually a plus. I've been taking 2000-2500mg vitamin C every day for over 20 years. I'm doing pretty good. I notice that I don't seem to get sick that often.
i take 1590mg's a day, and i havent been sick eighter.
ive mentioned this in other threads, but, vitamin c in water soluable, (which means its stored in your bodies water, instead of fat). your body collects any vitaminc c it needs, then allows you to pee out the rest.
