Well the Advanced Daily should be fine for dh, who has fibro, but not for my son. I broke up the capsules and they didn't mix well. He wouldn't eat the applesauce with it mixed in, and he did drink it in juice but most of the mixture stuck to the sides of the cup. So I will have to take another look at Spectrum Complete and probably still have to give him a lot of the supplements separately.
