Can vitamin intake cause weight gain?
I have been taking Magnesium, Folic Acid, B-1, B-6, B-12 and Vitamin C for nearly 3 months now. I REALLY NEED TO ALLEVIATE MY NERVE PAINS, and it is working slowly with some results.
My big fear is that I have never taken vitamins prior to this. Would you gain weight from vitamin intake as you would with regular medicine? So far, I have maybe only gained 3 pounds this last 3 months. Is it due to the vitamins or bad eating habits?
