ummm.....do a search on google or something for vitamins for memory and you.will.find.tons.of.stuff.on.memory.an d.vitamins....the.main.vitamins.that.are .supposed.to.help.with.memory.are.vitami n.E.and.B12.together.help.to.improve.mem ory.and.prevent.memory.loss
Four recs. I've continously heard/read about for memory loss:
ginkgo biloba extract
DHA (from fish oils) -- Nordic Naturals makes a great DHA supplement.
Also a side note -- if one drink diminishes your memory this much, you may be allergic to the type of drink you're having (such as wine or beer -- fermented on you and your memory, unlike in other people. You may want to be careful. If you're going to drink you may to try whole grain alcohols, which aren't fermented. Many people have allergies/reactions/problems drinking wine/beer, and liquors that are fermented.
for memory, i take fish oil dha and epa, and choline which is derived from soy leticin, in other words it's more absorbed better from soy lecithin. in addition, i take a mult vitamin and do aerobics and it all seems to help. good luck!
I agree with Jessica--- Take Omaga 3 fish oil. I personally use the super one from Carlson Labs. There is a good book written by Dr.Barry Sears The Omega Rx Zone -- very worth while reading. He also wrote the diet books about the Zone.
