Are Olay Vitamins Synthetic?

I just bought Olay Vitamins...makers of Oil Of Olay. I have the Energy pack with COQ10 and multivitamin. But I took a pack lastnight...around 10pm with food and awoke today at 6am sweating, a bit nausea, fast heart rate and shortness of breath. Now, this has happened a few other times so not sure if vitamins are the cause. I have mitral valve prolapse too but have been feeling fine until this morning....still short of breath.

Are these vitamins bad and synthetic? Should I return them? Any info on these would be appreciated.
