I spoke with a nutritionist this past Firday. The first thing he told me to take was Coconut Oil. Not only does it help with weight, it helps with infections, cleaning the system and its good for hair and skin. I have only been on it for 2 days so its too early to tell if it is working. Coconut milk doesnt have the same effect i was told. I can tell you that it doesnt smell or taste very good. You have to put in into a protein shake or smoothie type drink to mask the taste. You can also cook with it. I havent tried that yet, but will soon! Good Luck!
