vitamins for teens?
Does anybody know about any kind of multi vitamins targeted for teens? I was wondering, since I'm short and somewhat underdeveloped, and I want something that would help with growth. I've heard of something called heightmax, but my dad won't get it, since it's expensive (maybe it was some other excuse).

Just take a multi for adults. Vitamins are not cure-all pills. They will not make you grow taller for instance. thats all in your family genes....
