Vitamins in the morning? Night?
Should I take my vitamins in the morning or evening? I have heard that if you take them in the morning your body is more likely to urinate it out. But if you take them in the evening, your body will digest it all night long and absorb it. Has anyone heard this?
Also, how are Women's One-a-day vitamins?
