Yesterday all i had seseme chicken and a piece of melon.. today i woke up took pill worked out for 20 mins and all i ate was half a banana and a ham sandwhich. im not hungry at all. tipically i eat all day the past two days this hasnt been the case at all. im not even hungryy in the least bit. im hopeing these results continue.. in a few days im going to switch to taking the full dosage. Anyone else have sucess with this product?

Wow, that's great that you're getting such dramatic results. I feel I should warn you not to put yourself into a state of malnourishment. Maintain a "light" healthy diet with a good cross section of foods. You probably shouldn't drop below 1000 calories / day. Also, make sure you take a good multi-vitamin, and maybe supplement with protein drinks. Don't throw yourself into bad health, just trying to loose weight, esp "only" 10 lbs.
