My Only comment would be that anything bought at GNC is going to cost 2x the same as if you'd bought it someplace else - sorry, I guess that doesn't really answer your question

Why? Because GNC is very expensive.
I'd recommend a general purpose multi, something with iron, if you're not menopausal - definitely something "Extra Strength" or "Forte". I take Centrum Silver Extra, the ones for older people have greater potency. Also look for "Lipotropic Factors".
