juice of one lemon
3 oz. aloe vera juice
milk thistle extract
aged garlic extract
add additional water
Do you just make this into an 8 oz glass or how do you do it? Do you just drink it once. Can you please be more elaborate. I've never done anything like this before. Also, does it work? Thanks for your input and any additional help! :-)
I use an 10oz glass. I use the ingredients mentioned and fill the remaining glass with water. I do this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I discovered this formula several months ago on the internet. All of the ingredients mentioned are known to be good for the liver. One of my liver enzymes was elevated on my last blood test. I also take the following tablets which are also known to be good for the liver: Dandelion, Artichoke & Schizandra. I'm scheduled for another blood test in November. Also, the aged garlic extract contains vitamin b1, vitamin b12 and liver extract. It comes in a 2 oz plastic container. I add about 25 to 30 drops. Also good for the liver is Beet Juice if you have the patience to juice or you can take the tablets. Suggestion: You can take plain aloe vera juice OR the herbal detoxifying formula (about the same price) which contains aloe vera, spearmint, milk thistle, burdock, danelion, echinacea, green tea, red clover, blue cohosh and buckthom. I just started using the herbal formula. They recommend 2oz at least once a day. Must be refrigerated after opening. OPTION: for flavor you could add a few ounces of pomegranate juice which is a very powerful antioxidant.
Real gallstones are multifaceted polyhedra crystals with razor sharp edges. It is very painful to pass them, and they do not float. If the "stones" are soft, smooth and/or float, they are not gallstones. Any "stones" that you might pass from these cleanses are simply from the ingredients of the cleanse.
