I'm just wondering how much vitamins and supplements a 40 year old woman needs. I can't seem to find a good vitamin regimen and I don't know if sometimes I get too much of something or maybe not enough. Heres what I take: Everyday: Multivitamin
Vitamin B Complex
Folic Acid (400IU)
Alternating days (meaning not consistently) Fruit and veggie supplement
Ly-zine
Chrom Pic
Vitamin A plus Zinc
Does anyone have any comments on this because I get these irritated taste buds (sometimes one right after the other) and I don't know if stress or maybe vitamins are causing it. Thanks for all of your help! HAve a great day!
