I want to gain weight. I noticed the weight gainers have alot of sugar in them. Alot of them have 70 grams of sugar. While a Whey gainer has like 2 grams of sugar. I know weight gainers have more calories. Weight gainers have like 600 calories, while Weight gainers have like 120 calories.
Whey gainers have a much petter percentage of Protein to sugar ratio.
What would people recommend? Whey gainers or weight gainers
