Hi, saw your post and wanted to reply because i have been looking for a long time for appetite suppressant and know how hard it is.lol-tried Hoodia tea(not bad)but who knows if its the real stuff, mostly natural stuff like that,Citrimax and chromemate are so far the best i've found. (great before a higher carb meal.) Here it is-Chromium polynicotinate 200mcg (make sure its this one and not the other types ex.picolinate(sp?)thats soo popular) they did nothing for me at all
this recommended on another site is the only thing lately that helps my sugar cravings and hunger. You can find it in a lot of products i found but i take that my itself and L-glutamine powder with water also helps. Lots and lots of water and green tea(organic best) eat clean whole foods as much as possible and eat every 2-4 hours helps sugar levels. Well you can look it up and its not that expensive. ps-no side effects at all-jeez i can;t even tolerate a cup of coffee, all that caffein
