Make sure you check the side effects before taking it. I've seen stomach problems among other things mentioned... can't recall but there can be side effects. I also recall sortof a blood thinning effect, so make sure you aren't planning on bleeding anytime soon
There are many other things it's supposed to help. I tried it for a few weeks once and didn't notice anything but people say you have to take it a long time, like months at the least, to notice any difference.
