what is the difference between the two and which one is better? If it's the same product then why do they make it with two different names?

most people trying to get flax oil are looking for the GLA's inherit in this item. Your best bet is a product called borage oil by barleans that has that and more benefits. Your best bet for questions is to call local health food store not GNC or mall store and true health food store that has vitamins and organic foods and produce and ask a professional. I learn a ton from these people.

Flax oil is the same thing as flax seed oil. The oil is pressed from the seed.
