I personally don't like Large doses of any vitamin and B-100 is many times more than a person needs.
If you lack the B complex vitamins -- I think Doctors recommend more like 15 mgs.
Look on the bottle and read the high doses you are taking.
Also, taking just one B vitamin at a time for any length of time is not healthy. It creates a shortage of other B vits in your body!!
