What IS that odor/aftertaste you get with B-Complex pills? Is it yeast?

Makes me gag, so I was wondering if anyone knows a brand that's in capsule form?

I think some decompose that gives the smell-- mayhave been on the shelf too long.

The one I like and use is a Schiff brand that is sustained release --B-50. Since B vitamins are water soluble, it is released all day instead of all at once and you pass the excess off in your urine..

Nutrilites are good one. They aren't bad at all, at least to me they aren't. I don't recall them having any smell and they are all natural.

Thank you all for your info. I called my local pharmacy (in California) and they have Schiff which I'll probably try first since they're immediately accessible.
Where can you buy New Chapter and Nutrilites?
