Ester C Questions - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

As a result of listening to ads on Ester C I looked it up on the WEB. Many sites contain information that says it is absorbed better and used by the body better than comman vitamin C. Has anyone used this and what was the result.

From some of the sites I get the idea that if you have joint pain, Ester C will help and possibly help reverse degeneration caused by osteoarthritis. I bought some 500 miligram tablets today to try. Of course it is somewhat more expensive than common vitamin C. It is worth it, if it is used by the body better.

I have been using Ester C for years. There are not many vitamins on the market that are patented but this one is!!!

It is non-acidic and contains the kind of stuff(metablites) found in the body. So it enter the bloodsteam and tissure about 4X faster and stays there longer.

As you may know C is used by the body not in the cells but in the sorta mortar between the cells. By being non-acidic -- you can take more without a stomach upset and less is passed off in your urine.

It will result in less colds,flu, and all sorts of viruses.
Vitamin C is a vitamin that cannot be produced in the human body--- there are only 2 other mammals on earth that do not produce it in their livers and reptiles produce it in their kidneys. So, if you don't take it in your diet or by supplements -- you are not going to get it.
And,it does many---- many things to keep a person healthy but you can look it up to see what Vitamin C DOES!!!

Now do some research on C Ester (not Ester C). It is a different, and supposedly better, product.
