A multivitamin should be taken with food at breakfast. Most multivitamins contain vitamins D, E, A & K. These are fat soluble vitamins and require
a certain amount of fat for absorption. Also, vitamins that contain the B's
will give you a "boost" and you don't want that effect in the evening before bedtime. Vitamins in the liquid form or at least chewable form are better than the pill form for better assimilation (digestion & absorption). If you take a separate B-Complex, this group is water soluble and does not require fat for absorption.
