Whole food vitamins-opinions? - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

I'm contemplating buying some made by twinlab. All I read about supplements these days is the synthetic ones are not complete complexes and can even cause eventually deficiency in the missing components.

Anyone take whole food vitamins and what is your opinion?

The best vitamins are the whole foods. There all natural.
I take the Nature's Way Alive Whole Food Energizer Multivitamin.

There are alot of these stores in NY.

Get the version with the Iron.

Another great vitamin is Twinlab Green essentials.
It has Barley Grass 440 mg; Wheat Grass 440 mg; Alfalfa (leaves) 330 mg; Broccoli (whole plant) 330 mg; Kelp 330 mg; Spinach (leaves) 330 mg

Type that in a search engine.
