Can anyone tell me a good vitamin for a 15 year old boy. He is highly active, works out at the gym at least 3-4 time a week along with physical conditioning class and phys ed at school. He is a poor eater and doesn't seem to have alot of energy.
Consider Source of Life Liquid Vitamins. The suggested use is 2 teaspoon mixed with juice. Start out with 1 teaspoon or ask the salesperson what they would recommend for a 15 year old. Most large Vitamin Shops would carry this product. You could also call the manufacturer for recommendation for 15 year old. This is so much better than taking lots of tablets and capsules.
