Re: Good Potassium Supplement?
Salt substitutes actually provide more potassium than the pill supplements. (The pills are limited to 99 mg. each because of the FDA.) No-salt or nu salt or something is one that I have used. This type, potassium chloride salt substitutes, are usually available in most super markets. The pills are known to cause some people stomach upset. Should be taken with food always.
Another good supplement for potassium that I have only read about is KM by Matol. This is in liquid or pill form but contains herbs and food products or something. KM also contains some iodine too. This product is only sold through marketing people and is kind of pricey. Not available in any stores, but is sold on some websites. But KM is considered a good source of potassium.
