I've recently added fish oil to my diet and chose fish oil(instead of flax seed oil) because fish oil contains EPA and DHA omega3 fatty acids. Flax seed oil contains ALA, a precursor of EPA. For the conversion to take place, your body needs a certain enzyme, which is variablely dependent on each individual. Some people don't have as much and thus will require larger amount of ALA to get the same amount of EPA from fish oil(think efficiency). Plus, studies have shown ALA stimulates the growth of prostate tumor. Fish oil seems a better choice for me.

They cost about the same at Walmart~$6. Buy the fish oil and walk a couple of miles.
