i'd agree with the verdict of poor circulation. my girlfriend has the same problem. three supplements should help:- rutin:
strengthens cappilery (sp?) walls, so blood is pumped more effeciently through the body. vitamin E:
heavily indicated for poor circulation ginkgo biloba:
improves circulation to the extremeties of the body. this herb can be quite slow acting and you may have to wait a few months to notice the full effects but the rutin and vit E shoulkd kick in sooner and then when the full effect of the herb is felt it'll be the icing on the cake.
