Lately I noticed my hands and feet are always cold. I'm not sure why this is. Maybe I'm deficient in a certain type of vitamin/mineral?
I have minor cystic acne/oily skin and I take zinc+b6 supplement to help control it. I heard zinc may inhibit iron absorption so maybe that's my problem? I do eat a lot of meat which contains iron though so I don't know for sure. Thanks in advance for any replies.

rutin: strengthens cappilery (sp?) walls, so blood is pumped more effeciently through the body.
vitamin E: heavily indicated for poor circulation
ginkgo biloba: improves circulation to the extremeties of the body. this herb can be quite slow acting and you may have to wait a few months to notice the full effects but the rutin and vit E shoulkd kick in sooner and then when the full effect of the herb is felt it'll be the icing on the cake.
