Not big on herbs, however not an expert so won't totally dismiss them either. If you haven't tried this, these sups are very important:

DMG-improves brain oxygenation

Ginkgo biloba-brain circulation
cayenne(capsicum),chamomile, ginger, peppermint, rosemary, valerian, willow bark and wormwood. There's many cautions when using herbs so please research before deciding which you may want to try.
Having said that, I believe any pain or physical clue(spots, blemishes etc) is our bodies telling us that we are either deficient or in excess of something. And I've never heard of someone being deficient of a herb. Yes i think they help but should be taken seriously cause they could have dangerous sideeffects.
