Which Brands are Better - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

I'm looking into adding vitamins to my daily regime. Are there any brands out there that are better than others, such as breaking down or absorbing better, faster. Any brands that are trash in your opinion. Is there a website that explains vitamins?

twinlab vitamins are an excellent quality u cant go wrong.........

I agree. Those are the brands that I use exclusively.

Puritan' Pride is my favorite,they are very cheap and always have promotions such as buy 1 get 2 free,they are the same company as the Vitamin World chain stores you find in malls,they are just the mail-order branch of them,and much cheaper.
