soy free supplements for menopause symptoms??? - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

anyone out there have any ideas about supplements to help HF, NS and insomnia. everything i see has soy and i have a bad allergy to it. rash and asthma attack. tried HRT for a month and got a period almost immediately. not a good thing.

I also encountered the same delima with soy b/c I also have asthma. I'm wondering what are other althernatives myself.
