Hi everyone I'm 20yrs. old and weigh about 107-113lbs and I'm 5'6 i just had a baby 7 weeks ago... when i was pregnant i weighted 132. After having the baby I completely lost my appetiate and lost alot of weight now I am trying to gain it back and i really need advise on how to gain weight fast and healthy. My main problem are my legs I want big beautiful legs and I want to start taking the GNC weight Gainer 2200 or 1850 but my boyfriend said that i'm going to get fat. Is that true? he suggests that I run he said since i don't have any fat that i'll tone up fast but i'm really afraid if i start running that i'll lose alot more weight. please give me some kind of advise.
I would not take a weight gainer. Eat healthly balanced meals with a little bit extra GOOD CARBS like brown rice and bread. You should exercise even if you are trying to gain weight. You want to gain healthy muscle not fat weight. To do this you must work out and do cardio and strenght train. If you just start eating junk and stuffing your face you will gain weight but it will be fat. Good luck!
