Could anyone suggest a good multivitamin (or vitamin supplement) that is good for a vegetarian? I haven't eaten meat for almost 3 years and I can tell a difference in my health and energy levels. I know that vegetarians have a tendency to lack essential protein, but what other vitamins and minerals can someone who doesn't eat meat be lacking? ANY suggestions appreciated!
