Hi, Have you tried a different form? Assuming you are now taking it in tablet form, perhaps they have other forms of it that may be easier on the stomach. I found one that was a little film strip (like the mouthwash ones) that dissolved in your mouth. Can't say it tasted great, but may not bother you so much.
I have anxiety issues, too. I also take magnesium and omega-3 fish oils, which have helped with the anxiety a lot. I take the magnesium at night. And I take 2, 1200 mg fish oil a day (I keep it refrigerated), usually after dinner.
