I agree with Singer. Some vitamins are toxic in larger doses. Vitamin A for one.
Too much magnesium can cause diarrhea.
There are things which can help regulate blood sugar. Cinnamon is one of them. There's another one, but can't quite remember the whole name. Picolinate something, or Something picolinate.
Have you tried smaller meals and more protein? Low blood sugar jitteryiness can often be relieved by protein consumption.
I don't know if your everyday vitamins would help with the hypoglycemia.
