| Is this okay?
I am currently taking a multi vitamin supplement containing lots of vitamins... like zinc and copper, etc. for about a month. i have been taking evening primrose liquid tablets also. my mom just bought this ginseng powder that is supposed to be really good for you. it has palmitic stearic, oleic, linolei fatty acids. and i remember reading somewhere that if you take evening primrose, you shouldn't take borage oil. does any of those counteract with evening primrose or would contribute too much with evening primrose? also, there are vitamins b1,b2,b3,b12, folic acids, copper, zinc, irons, and a lot of other vitamins and minerals. the multi vitamin im taking has about 15mg zinc and about 2 mg copper which is an equal balance. if i take this powder, adding more zinc and copper, would it do anything to my system? or should i stop what im taking now and try the powder? but i've already been taking them for a month already.. i took them for my skin and just need one more month to see results. what should i do?
