Any suggestions on the best calcium supplement,one that absorbs and is digested easily.

natural calcium supplements are always a good bet. i'd say dolomite is an excellent choice. it contains the perfect balance of calcium to magnesium (about 2:1 calcium to magnesium) and the calcium is in a form that deosn't require vitamin D for absorption at all. another thing its pretty darn cheap as supplements go. the only down side is that the tablets are pretty small so you have to take about five a day to get the RDA of each mineral.

I take two chewable Viactiv's daily...they taste good, are easily digestable, and have all the calcium and Vitamin D a woman needs daily.

Would it be the same amount of calcium if i take the Viactiv Multi Vitamin? Is it ok to take this and Centrum?

multis only ever contain a token amount of calcium and magnesium asthese two minerals are needed in large amounts each day so to make a multi with enough of each of them the pill would be huge. for this reason its often recommended to take a calc/ mag (again i stress the importance of taking these tow minerals together as they work in tandem in the body) alongside a multi such as centrum or an equivalent.
