Hey everyone. I'm a young/mid teen, and I just want to know, do you think I should start taking vitamins now, just to stay healthy and stuff? Would they help give me more energy and stuff cuz I really need that.. :P
I got Equaline one daily vitamins..
It's best if you can get all your nutrition from good whole food of course, but realistically, not many people do. A daily vitamin will at least prevent any serious vitamin or mineral deficiencies. Vitamins won't give you more energy unfortunately. To get more energy, you have to expend more energy, along with healthy eating.
