Here is what I take, I thought it might be helpful. I just started a few mths ago the ones that are * Prescription meds I take are a BC pill (one a night) and my thyroid pill (1 every morning).

multi vitamin -- 1 a day
vit C* -- 1 a day
primrose oil -- 2 a day
calcium -- 2 a day
selenium* -- 1 a day
potassium* -- 1 a day
magnesium* -- 1 a day
omega 3/fish oil* -- 3 a day

You didnt list the mgs of these supplements however that being said we know that sodium retains fluid so lets go after sodiums antagonist which is Potassium, so up your Potassium levels and drop Sodium and that should help. You need 5000 mgs a day!! And yet they only come in 99 mgs so you need to eat your Potassium and not supplement it. Avocados ,Bananas and V-8 vegetable juice are great sources of this great mineral.....

So in other words, throw out the bottle of potassium and find it in the foods mentioned? I love everything you mentioned and won't have a problem adding them more often to my diet.

Exactly since at 99 mgs you'd have to consume 50 pills a day just to get the RDA of Potassium.. Also add Potatoes and Orange juice to the list . later !

Just wanted to let you know.....

There is no potasium in my multi vitamin.

My magnesium doesn't say MG's but says cheleated with zinc.

eve primrose -- 1000 mg
vit C -- 500 mg
fish oil -- 1000 mg
selenium -- 200 mcg ( i'm dropping the selenium, there seems to be plenty in my multi).
my calcium supplement is cal citrate with vit D
