Natalie......Does the same as co-Q10 as it helps produce ATP in the Cell Mitochondria. Mainly used for certain Neurological diseases and some powerlifter's use it. I v'e tried it before and didn't notice anything oneway or the other ......

Can also be used in chronic fatigue & may provide a temporary lift. We've used it on & off -- sometimes it gives a real lift & other times not. I think the better your nutrition & supplement basis, the less likely it is to help.

As it is expensive you may want to get the smallest size box & try before springing for the econo size.
