Don't worry too much about RDA's. They're meant as a minimum amount to remain healthy. I believe iron is the one that you can intake the least above RDA and you wouldn't experience any symptoms of that unless you were intaking 250% or more of the RDA for it. Many vitamins such as C, B'S, D, etc can actually be taken in doses several times the RDA. Some vitamin B12 pills for example contain 1000% or more of the B12 RDA yet it won't make you sick whatsoever. I would recommend you watch the iron intake and don't worry much about the others - a little extra won't hurt.
