You guys seem very well versed in all thest different vitamins and supplements, so I'm going to ask here, since I didn't get a response in the "hormone" boards...
I've had severe pms...not physical, but all the emotional problems... making my family crazy, its not fair to them....and the doctor I talked to, wasn't a lot of help....so I did a little bit of research on my own...
I'm taking vitamin B complex, flax seed oil, and evening primrose oil...
I guess my main question is, do I take things like the evening primrose oil all month long, or just the couple weeks when I'm PMSing? I just want to know how to use it most effectively.
(and i must say... i've been taking it for 2 weeks now... and feel good, and just realized this morning, that I'm 5 days from my period, and i would usually be bonkers by now! :::shrug::
