Does anyone know how much green tea an individual should consume daily in order to be beneficial as an antioxidant? Also, does it make a difference whether it is in supplement form or is drinking it better?
About 200 to 300 mg's a day is good for Free Radical protection. The supplement form (extract) is far better but i take it both ways. I Take the Extract with Tea Bags for double whammy protection and that also helped me quit coffee.......
