indeed, 10% is the max that can be converted so on the surface it appears that falx has more omega 3 but the net values of
biologically active omega 3 equate to fish oil having far more. this is something that alot of people just don't seem to understand- my colleagues at work included, which never fails to annoy me when they advise falx to be as effective as fish oil.
