Streesease - Mega B vitamins

Has anyone tried this - it is Jamieson Streesease - it is a mega B vitamin complex for relief of stress. I tried 1 pill the other night and I swear I was stoned. I don't do drugs so I am assuming this is what it would feel like to be stoned. It felt like I had been drinking a few beers. It gave that calming relaxing feel but my speech was slow and I couldn't concentrate on tasks. It took a couple hours to wear off. There are other things in this vitamin pill like rosehips etc. I don't think these vitamins should cause that reaction - maybe I am too sensitive to it as I have a tendency to be allergic to different types of meds but this is just a vitamin. Would I be safe to try 1/2 a pill?

Re: Streesease - Mega B vitamins

i know what you mean, i think you where meant to feel like that though! Maybe?
I took and sometimes still do take Magnesium supplements to help me get good sleep at night and it is advised to take one per day.
However one day when I felt as though nothing could put me to sleep and I just downed two of them (my pharmacist advised that I could have another one after an hour of consuming the first one if I still didnt feel relaxed and tired) and I felt the exact same - as if I were stoned! Not that I do drugs because I most defeniently do not! But I have been stoned before so I know the feeling and what you say is exactly the same for me

Magnesium relaxes the muscles and body so some people tend to feel really light and as if they were floating. But it calms you down and relaxes you so Im guessing it would be in this streesease you speak of!

hope that helped
