Just wanted to pass along as reported by the ''American Journal of Clinical Nutrition'' about a study in elderly nursing facilities in taiwan where half the groups used regular table salt (sodium chloride) and the other half used potassium enriched salt (potassium chloride) and at the end of the study the groups recieving potassium salts had 40 % less Deaths.
So if you salt your foods you might want to use potassium salts like ''Mortons Lite Salt'' which could help your Cardio Blood Pressure numbers......
