Smile Which is better: Puritan Pride's "MEGA VITA GEL IRON FREE" or "ULTRA VITA MAN"?
Hello guys, which would be better for me to order, "MEGA VITA GEL IRON FREE" or "ULTRA VITA MAN"?

The reason that I'm asking is because I wanna go with the softgel one is because it probably has a better absorption rate, but the ULTRA MAN 75 has more vitamins, minerals, & nutrients in it...

BTW, is Puritan Pride a GOOD brand to buy from?
