A naturopath recommended that I drink a greens product. I was thinking of getting a juicer, she said I could not get the same level of antioxidants unless I juices an enormous amount of greens.
What I am wondering is whether this is so? Is there real validity to these green powder drinks? Are they better than fresh juiced , or just different and a person should do both powdered and fresh juiced?
Also I found the tast of greens first to be good- like a green tea, sort of spearmint. Easy to drink not gaggy. Any other brands that taste good? I know rocky said Kyo greens , and that is available to me. Maybe I will try it.
