good chewable vitamin & easy to swallow oil supplement - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

Hi everyone. I have just bought Multi+Complete and Omega3+Joy by Genuine Health but they are so big I just can't swallow them. They seem to get stuck going down.

Can anyone recommend a good chewable vitamin or alternative that's easy on the stomach and a smaller omega 3 supplement? What about Emergen C?

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and mild depression as well as emetophobia (fear of throwing up) so my diet isn't the greatest. I am getting run down and want to try and get back to some feeling of normalcy.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks for any help.

Horseygirl.....there's lots of liquid vitamins, minerals and fish oils out there so just search your favorate health food store and you'll find them......

Maybe drink mixes?
