Multi-Vitamins......Need Advice Please - Vitamins & Supplements Message Board

OK, I had a baby 4 months ago and need to start taking a multi-vitamin again.

I cannot stand swallowing huge pills---have a really bad gag reflex. Right now I'm taking my B vitamins with folic acid--sublingual---liquid form everyday and I LOVE IT.

Is there a natural LIQUID multi-vitamin out there that I can drink everyday---ONCE a day? I've seen several, but most are synthetic.

Any suggestions? A good tasting one would be nice too! hehe

I don't know of any that are liquid, exept for omega3, but you can always crush them and pour them into juice or water, and you got your liquid vitamins!

Infinitum....its hard to find a all natural liquid vitamin supplement.I can only think of the Green Powder Mixes that have all the nutrients and more in a liquid state after adding water.....

Yes, Innovative Natural makes liquid vitamin and mineral supplements. Taste is fine.

Thank Thank You everyone for your input. No one responded to this request when I initially posted it so I forgot about it until now.... I will go hunting for the above stated supplements.
